If you make a booking with us the following terms of trade will apply:

Registration fees
All workshops are booked and paid for on-line and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Due to limited spaces we cannot confirm your space until we have received full payment.
Non Attendance

Transfer
Should your circumstances mean that you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost (please advise us so that we can change our records). 

Refund
If you are unable to attend a workshop and a replacement isn’t possible, refunds will be made in line with the following schedule:

If we receive notice of cancellation more than 15 business days prior to the workshop we will provide you with a full refund less a 15% administration fee. 

If we receive notice between 15 and 3 business days prior to the workshop you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee. 

No refunds are available if you cancel less than 3 business days prior to a workshop.

All refund requests should be made in writing to – kihirua@gmail.com.

COVID-19
Should Covid-19 restrictions prevent a workshop from going ahead on the original date, we will attempt to re-schedule the workshop and transfer all registrations to a new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, your payment will be fully refunded (less 15% admin fee??) OR held in credit for a future workshop.

Kihirua accepts no responsibility for any other costs incurred by attendees as a result of a workshop postponement or cancellation – such as travel and accommodation.

Cancellations and postponement
Kihirua reserves the right to cancel any workshop. In the event of the workshop being cancelled a full refund of workshop fees will be given.
